Glassboard not updating

For the last 3 hours starting at 8pm Glassboard has refused to update or will only update every 1 new post every hour or so. I am not sure why this is going on but I would appreciate some help on the matter. This problem is happening on all versions, google app, ipad version, and the web based version.

  I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems. We have had a few slowdowns in the last few hours, but nothing persistent or widespread. I've been using the app during that same time with no problems. Is there any chance you're just having problems with a flaky connection?

This has been a common problem with MULTIPLE people. ON Many different networks. I have tried wifi,and 4g on both a 60MPS wifi and t-mobile network, AS WELL as on the 4g AT&T network for the iPad. This is Obviously not a network issue when members in 27 states and 4 countries are ALL having the same problem. Most of my members have been complaining about the issue of slow update times for some time now, where I as the board leader have never noticed until today.So I can assure you the problem isn't on 31 different networks.
