The SV House stands out in its rural context with a concrete block structure that contrasts with the surrounding traditional sloped-roof houses. In a UNESCO heritage-listed town in Switzerland, Basel-based studio Buchner Brndler Architekten has renovated a 200-year-old stone house, preserving its traditional interior whilst remodeling its interior in concrete.
