Policehave sent a judge in the Patagonian city of Rio Grande photos of the two registration numbers the Porsche used as well as the BEII END number plates and documents found inside the car, said to include a black cushion with the inscription "Love kills slowly".
The BBC has insisted the number plate Clarkson used when he first drove the car in Argentina - H982 FKL - was coincidental and they removed it when locals complained it was a reference to the conflict.
Court sources said the use of different number plates to those that appear in the car's official documentation would constitute a crime of falsification under article 289, section 3 of the country's penal code.
One local official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said: "We know bellend doesn't mean the end of the bell and is a word used instead to describe the head of the penis which is often employed as an insult in England.
"We regard it as another insult to the people of Argentina. We're sure the Top Gear team were planning another provocation with the number plate in the same way they provoked us with the one referencing the Falklands War."
The controversial presenter, warned not to cause problems before flying to Argentina on September 17 to film a Top Gear special, has accused local politicians of ordering him out for political capital.
"I would have preferred it if nothing had been damaged. And if the TV programme had come here without creating distrust like this because they would have helped the city become better known in Europe."
A BBC spokesman said: "The number plate was not used at any point during filming. It was originally intended to be in the programme's final scene, a game of car football, but that ending has changed."
In summary, the book's content includes facts about KSI, advice about YouTube, general tips on life as well as typical Olajide "banter". Reviews of the book have ranged from extremely positive to extremely negative. One of the major criticisms of the book is its extreme sexual content and numerous references to masturbation and an entire chapter devoted to sex positions.
A lot of the fanbase are "underage", so the vast majority of the complaints were from parents who were angry at KSI for writing a book for his fans (whom he knows a vast majority of are children) without giving any direct warning other than a "Parental Advisory: Explicit Content" logo on the front.
On the contrary, the book has been met with praise from children whose parents have allowed them to read it, as well as teenagers (who the book is directly aimed at) and the general fans of KSI. It's humour was significantly praised with the structure and vibrant design being commended.
I Am a Bellend was released as I Am a Tool in the U.S., since Americans are apparently unfamiliar with the British slang word "bellend". However, in many bookshops across the UK, the word "bellend" on the front cover has been censored. This is primarily due to the fact that the publishers were concerned about how close the book would be to young children who, in their view, shouldn't have exposure to this mildly offensive word. KSI was clearly upset about this - taking to Instagram to express his discontent.
Greeting card with a rude message for the recipient, showing a man pointing to a display board clearly informing the recipient that they are a 'bellend'! Cheeky humour from the Fabulous range by Dean Morris. This card measures approximately 7 x 5 inches and is blank inside for your own message.
We love funny cards at the Comedy Card Company and feel that if you're going to send a card you should always try and make the recipient smile, or perhaps even laugh out loud - what a wonderful thing to send through the post!
Bellends mostly appear in the temple district streets, mainly the mausoleum alley - the area between the effigies church exit and the sergal fight. They jump around roofs, and once the player is close enough they will jump down and attempt to chase the player.
Even on easy mode, bellend can prove to be quite difficult to defeat. He is one of the sturdiest enemies in the entire game, and might take a long time to get down, especially if the player has little to no party members. One of their arms carries a spear which does high damage and can cause bleeding, and their second hand has the Choke attack, which attacks one character with several miniscule damage attacks that pile up. If he is left without limbs, he will resort to tackling.
The main issue with them is their Harden ability, which makes all their body parts significantly resistant to attacks. It is therefore recommended to take out his spear arm in the first turn if possible, as he can harden it on the second turn and make it take even longer to get rid of.
