There's a certain logic to that. Anyway I'm back from France and back
working in the city centre so all is good.

I thought I saw you this morning walking down the street, but I'm bad
at recognising faces ;)
I know Paolo will be back tonight also, and I've alerted our "cousins"
from Edinburgh.pm of the existance of Glasgow.pm.
That means we're all in Scotland as far as I can tell...
Are you all up for a (social) gathering next Thursday 2010-09-09 in
order to discuss Glasgow.pm and what kind of talks are we going to
have, or on which topics, for our next gathering on the second
Thursday of October?
Can anybody recommend a pub in Glasgow (nearby the central/Queen St.
station in case people from Edinburgh join us) which does not have
loud music nor costs a fortune: the one nearby Queen St. station with
the two fake fires outside would've been a great venue but the mobile
reception is bad and the prices are quite high.
Oh, we also have a venue for the tech meetings -- I'm waiting on some
details before I update the site, which I remind you is..
http://glasgow.darkpan.com.
Suggestions welcome for the venue, hope to see you all next Thursday.

Not tonight though as I need a clear head to drive through to
Prestwick and pick up Paolo.

Sounds good!
I've also e-mailed our "cousins" over from Edinburgh.pm and we've
gained two new members, one of whom ( Murray, hello! ) will also be
joining us next Thursday.

That's good ;)
Let's see if we can come up with a good quiet place for us to meet
next Thursday.
