Winterisation

With the season now over for most owners its time to ensure that you have drained down and winterised with anti freeze etc. Most insurance policies will not cover frost damage if drain downs not undertaken by a certain date so check your policy if you are not sure on this point.

Its also preferable to put up notices stating that all valuables removed just in case there are any unwanted visitors on the park over the winter.
