Hi I've had 3 letters over the past 2 years. However 2 weeks ago when the snow came down I had a voicemail on my phone from the office - at first I was worried thinking something was wrong but the lady in the office wanted to let me know Terry had fitted the meter that day in my chalet and my meter has been credited for the amount that was already in there. So I expect it may be done - eventually. Sue

Ours has been installed for 3 years in the rental (16 sound of the river) as its rented out its safer than a box of £1 coins. Sometimes guests have difficulty pushing the card in ESP £5 cards but i think it more a technique problem. Cards are available at recepion in the poolside bar and the texaco garage in town . The shop needs to be open early in the mornings at least with cards too especially with more chalets going onto the card meter . Hope everyone had a good xmas and hope 2013 is a better one .
