If that does not work, Go to /usr/share/applications in Files (AKA Nautilus) and search for qsync or QNAP until you find a file that begins with one of those terms and ends with .desktop.
Most important structure in qsync is limbo, which is used totrack synchronous transactions status. Transactions, which are not commitednor rolled back (it means that they are in progress of collecting ACKs)are stored here. It is defined as:
