This glances tool looks like a very cool tool.

I've used Process Explorer from Sysinternals from before they were bought by Microsoft.
3 of the most useful features to me day in and day out are listed below. I searched the documentation for glances, this forum, and the git issues and didn't find mention of these features. I am wondering if they are implemented or if anyone else is interested in them.

They are:

1. hierarchical process display. Where child processes are listed under their parent and indented. Process explorer can switch between this mode, or sorting alphabetical or by stat. I find this very helpful in understanding what's going on on the system. especially with similarly named processes. Or eg, firefox/chrome with so many sub-processes. MacOS Activity Monitor has this feature.

2. Differences highlight duration. So when a new process is created, it is listed with a green background color in the display for X seconds (user-configurable between 1..9; I'd like longer even). If a process dies, it is listed with a red background for the same duration. I find this also very helpful in understanding what's going on. Confirming what dies when I kill something. Babysitting an install. Many other uses.

3. Scroll to new presses. Process Explorer has this optional feature which auto-scrolls the display to any new processes created. Combined with differences highlight this makes it very easy to spot new processes.  This is especially helpful tracking down nasty malware or any rogue process, especially those that keep respawning,

Thanks for your time everyone!
