Run glances on Windows 10

Is it really possible to use Glances on Windows? It is certainly impossible to run pip install and expect cmd to know 'glances', as the docs claims.

Yes.  It works great.  You need to download and install Python for Windows.  Then, open a Python command-prompt; and, type:

pip install glances[all]

This will download and install Glances.exe to your filesystem... which you can start like any normal Windows app.  Mine got installed in this path:

C:\Users\MKANET\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\scripts\glances.exe

You can use different command-line options; such glances.exe -w to start it in webserver mode... so you can access it via web browser:  I.E:   http://192.168.1.2:61208

It's worth the time to set it up; even if you've never used Python before.
