问个弱智问题

下载了ZIP文件后，在WINRAR里面如何安装啊？

总共3个文件夹，叫做 defaults, components and chrome.
另外还有几个散的文件 license.txt, install.rdf, and chrom.manifest

没有exe文件。怎么安装呢?

firefox 用菜单里的"open file"可以打开 .xpi 的文件
