Leadership Positions Nominations
Only a few days left to nominate!
Nominations are now being accepted for appointed and elected leadership roles. As you know, we rely on the time and talent of volunteers to serve the association and continue the work of moving our professional development initiatives forward. I hope you will take a few minutes to share the names of those who you feel would make excellent leaders of our association — including your own.
Most positions require a two-year commitment to our association. President-Elect role requires a three-year commitment. If you or your intended nominee are unable to make that commitment, please connect with me and we can discuss other upcoming involvement opportunities within the association, including committee memberships and task force service.
Nominees will be contacted by a member of the Board of Directors with next steps for pursuing candidacy. Nominations will be accepted until September 15, 2016.

Awards & Recognition
Each year, GLACUHO takes the opportunity to recognize accomplishments in our field at our annual conference. Awards are given out for excellence in service, programming, diversity initiatives, graduate work, and many other categories. Please take a moment to research the awards that are given at the annual GLACUHO conference.
Through these awards we have the opportunity to nominate peers, colleagues, supervisors, graduate students, departments, and individuals who contribute excellence to our field. Please take a moment to reflect on the past and current academic year. If there has been an individual or department that should be nominated for their contributions of excellence, please take a moment to complete the nomination form which is available on the GLACUHO website or here: http://www.glacuho.org/?Awards.
All materials are due by September 30, 2016 at 5 p.m.
