Meet Steve DeBaker
NIAGARA ESCARPMENT GEOLOGY AND OUR EMERGING WINE REGION
2010 is Wisconsin’s Year of the Niagara Escarpment and Steve DeBaker
of Trout Springs Winery has graciously agreed to present a short talk
about his years of work documenting Niagara Escarpment geology in
northeast Wisconsin and how that may help the emerging wine-growing
region along the “Ledge” and the critical need for resource
protection.
Cost is $40/person
Proceeds from the event and silent auction will benefit the
conservation programs of Glacial Lakes Conservancy, the local non-
profit land trust conservation organization.
