Hey GLACURH!
A couple days ago, all CCs who attended RLC 2017 and RBC 2018 received an email notifying them about virtual business occurring tonight at 8:50 PM EDT/7:50 PM CDT. Our RBD recognizes the quick turnaround in getting people to attend - but your attendance is vital to us completing business! Our region had two schools submit intents to host NACURH Annual Conference 2019, and those schools are seeking the support of the region in pushing forward with their bids.
Tonight - we will hear from those schools and decide as a region whether to support their bids. Each institution should be represented. If the NCC or NRHH-CC of the school cannot attend, please send another representative in your place to ensure your voice is heard and to make sure we're able to meet quorum and actually move forward with business this evening.
We anticipate the chat will last approximately two hours - but we appreciate your patience and dedication to the region and your roles as representatives of your institution. We are so excited for our schools that are bidding to host NACURH 2019 - and we want to give them the time and enthusiasm to support their endeavors.
The virtual business chat will be held on Zoom, a video conferencing software. We will be using this link: https://NACURH.zoom.us/j/6437948671. When you're ready to join the chat at 8:50 PM EDT/7:50 PM CDT, simply click the link. This will prompt Zoom to come up. Enter your institution's name and your role so we can easily identify who is in attendance. We will do a brief overview of Zoom expectations before starting business tonight. You can access the agenda by clicking on the photo above!
