Only FOUR Days Left for RLC Registration!
|
|
|
|
Regular registration for RLC closes October 15 at 11:59 PM EDT/10:59 PM CDT. Get your delegations registered at www.glacurhrlc.com under the "Registration" tab. Before registering, please have the following information prepared for your delegation:
- All advisor, delegate, and alternate information such as first & last name, e-mail, and current phone number.
- Insurance information for all being registered, including the company name, group number, and ID number.
- Dietary, allergy, and special accommodation information for each delegate.
- Emergency contact information for each delegate.
- Payment information such as when you will be paying and how.
- Spirit information. For example: will you be submitting roll call? Will you be providing a banner, display or spirit flag?
- Your estimated time of arrival on Friday, November 17th and your means of transportation.
The delegation cap for RLC 2017 is:
- 7 delegates and 2 advisors OR
- 8 delegates and 1 advisor
- AND 2 alternates (depending on how many institutions register for the conference, alternates may be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.)
The delegate costs for RLC are:
- Student delegate (or CC): $173 USD / $214.52 CAD
- Advisor double: $228 USD / $282.72 CAD
- Advisor single (only a limited number available): $353 USD / $437.72 CAD
- *The USD/CAD exchange rate is set at 1.24 CAD per 1 USD. This rate is consistent with the exchange rate on 9/24/17, the date registration opened.*

Show Off Your Skills: Present a Program!
|
|
|
The RLC Conference Staff is looking for awesome programs! Do you have special skills? Has your RHA or NRHH done a great program or started a great initiative? Present about it! Presenting a program is a great opportunity to show off yourself, your institution, and spread knowledge to your fellow GLACURH peers.
The program tracks for GLACURH RLC 2017: Special Mission Leadership are leadership/personal/professional development, community building, diversity/inclusion/equity, recognition and service, and residence hall development.

Submit a Bid Intent? Bids Due in TWO Days!
|
|
|
Did you submit a bid intent? Bids are due no later than October 13 at 11:59 PM EDT/10:59 PM CDT! This deadline is extremely important for the Regional Board of Directors to complete constitutionality checks within 3 days.
Ready to submit your bid? Email it to gl_...@nacurh.org! If your bid has any constitutionality issues, you will be notified within 72 hours of submitting the bid. You will have 48 hours to resubmit your bid with the correct changes if necessary.

Late Registration Information
|
|
|
If your institution is unable to register by October 15, late registration is an option. Late registration will run from October 16 through October 18 at 11:59 PM EDT/10:59 PM CDT.
Late registration costs are an extra $10 USD on regular registration delegate costs:
- $183 USD / $226.92 CAD
- $238 USD / $295.12 CAD
- $363 USD / $450.12 CAD
