I have proposed some minor changes of character order at GKOS
reference numbers 12, 13 and 14. The reason is to make things a bit
more logical: Character "@" is now at the same key (but modified by [E
+F]) as "a"; "½" is the same location as "2"; and "&" then had to be
moved to the remaining Key C. - The native part may also need updates
because "^" was earlier moved to previous "yen" Combo for availability
reasons.

For GKOS Ref 31-38 range (mainly punctuation), the SYMBed and SHIFTed
characters are now equal, as it is sometimes easier to use SHIFT.
Before, SHIFT had no impact on these characters and they were spare
but had default values.
