Kubernetes v1.7.5: Fixed an issue with Kubernetes v1.7.0 to v1.7.4 in which controller-manager could become unhealthy and enter a repair loop.
Kubernetes v1.6.10: Fixed an issue in which a GCP Load Balancer could enter a persistently bad state if an API call failed while creating a GCP cloudprovider client.
Kubernetes v1.6.10: Fixed an issue where the Kubernetes API server could experience timeouts if the client connection speed was exceedingly low.
