  • You can now use v1.6.6 for creating new clusters.
  • Original plan to upgrade container cluster masters to 1.6 this week has been postponed due to a bug in the GLBC ingress controller that causes unintentional overwrites of manual health check edits (See known issues for v1.6.4). This bug is fixed in 1.6.6.
  • DeleteNodepool now drains all nodes in the pool before deletion.
  • You can now run Container Engine clusters in region australia-southeast1 (Sydney).
