I would like to inform you that I got  project on "Strategy and practice of human resource development in the innovation-active firms: a comparative study".  We expect to obtain data on Russian, American, Brazilian, Chinese and Indian companies (BRIC Countries). As a Project In-charge in India, I expect to conduct a survey of 20 to 30 innovation-active companies which have (200-1500 employees) (instruments filled out by one HR manager in each company) in every country.

 I will be grateful for any help you can provide me for conducting the surveys.
