just finished adding full Maven support for GivWenZen. you can now
build the project either with Ant or Maven. for GivWenZen developers

to avoid confusion, i renamed DevelopingWithMaven2 to DevelopingGivWenZenWithMaven2 to indicate that this is for GivWenZen development and not for GivWenZen users. hopefully this is a better way of naming the page.
