downloadable file names

Hi,

We should change names for downloadable files. They should have versions inside:

givwenzen.jar -> givwenzen-1.0.0Beta1.jar

(three numbers are better as it is OSGi friendly)

yeah, i also need to rebuild under java 1.5. kelly said that if they are built under 1.6 then java 1.5 fitnesse was getting strange errors. i will rename the jars at the same time for the upload.
