Hi Ankit...

Tried to xfer a folder from Unbunt 8.10 x64 to WinXP x32 and did not
succeed.
No notification. (see below)

Giver window on Linux·64 shows the computer WinXP·32.
Giver window on WinXP·32 does not show the computer Linux·64.

Log from WinXP x32:

3-30-2009 08:33:14 [Debug]: Unable to load icon 'computer'.

Could not find log on Linux·64

--------------------

Tested sending a file from WinXP·32 to Linux·64 and succeeded.

A few seconds after this test, a notification message box opened on
WinXP·32 about the folder from Linux·64.

I accepted the notification but could not find any notification.

The following was appended to the WinXP·32 log:
3-30-2009 09:18:29 [Debug]: SEND: Queueing up 1 files to send
3-30-2009 09:18:29 [Debug]: The extension is: .txt
3-30-2009 09:19:21 [Debug]: SEND: Response Status code OK
3-30-2009 09:19:21 [Debug]: SEND: Done with Sending file

--------------------

Hope this is helpful. If I can assist in any way with this please
ask. I've got a private LAN with 32 & 64 bit computers, and run
Window & Linux, plus I'm retired and pretty much bored.

No need to bump, Ankit is still on vacation I think. Did you file an
issue in the Giver issue tracker?
