syntax highlighting for C/C++

Gitorious doesn't correctly highlight C-style comments:

This is *really* bad. The single biggest function of syntax
highlighting is to distinguish code from comments and docstrings.
Y'all should disable all syntax highlighting rather than show it like
this.

Yeah, it's not great. Switching to Pygments for code highlighting has
been in the works for a while, hopefully we'll get around to it soon.
