Delete Project/Restart Repo?

Hello, how can I delete a project or at least reset my repository to
its initial empty state so I can push a whole new repository?

You can delete a project under the "edit" link when logged in as the
project owner and viewing the project

Although I eventually found it, I also had difficulty figuring out where
to delete a project. It might need to be placed somewhere more visible.
