Hi there,

I'm exploring this page <http://www.gitools.org/documentation/Tutorials_Tutorial21.html?highlight=kegg> and get 404 errors for at least two links listed below. Is KEGG pathway import and use in enrichment analysis still supported by Gitools?

Thanks,
Soo Hee

1. Import human KEGG pathway modules using Gitools
  • Import human KEGG pathways. See this chapter of the user guide for further guidance.

2. Perform an enrichment analysis with Gitools

  • See this chapter for details on how to perform enrichment analysis

Hi Soo Hee,

Thanks for reporting, the links should now be working.

Please take into account that the interface has changed a bit since this Tutorial was written. A thorough and more up-to-date Gitools tutorial you may find here: http://www.gitools.org/documentation/Tutorials_AtoZ.html

Best,
Michael
