debian's latest update to perl and gitolite

Hi

I decided to send this mail when I saw the 3rd such report.

Debian ("sid"?) updated their perl to implement something that will
actually be released in a future version of perl. As a result, you
might see this message from gitolite:

"FATAL: parse 'conf/gitolite.conf-compiled.pm' failed: No such file or directory".

To fix this, you can either upgrade to the latest gitolite from github,
or just apply this patch (as you can see it's a very simple one).

mainly because of this, v3.6.6 is now out.
