Hi all

There's only one significant change, and it's an enhancement, so
there's no rush to update for anyone.

I normally don't accept requests for features that appear to be
only useful for the one person who asked, the idea being that if
it were really important wouldn't others have asked already? :-)

But in this case I was happy to take the patch; it really *is*
potentially very useful. I've often said that gitolite is more
a tool "helper" than a tool all by itself, and in that light,
the ability to make a backend "service" that responds to a
continuous stream of "gitolite access" queries over
STDIN/STDOUT, sounds like it really belongs in gitolite.

So thanks Vosje for pushing this, and apologies for the delay in
getting it out and tagged.
