0.7.0 Released

I've just released 0.7.0. Lots of good stuff in this release.

* Ability to refresh commits using command+R or a button in the UI

* Updated and improved the source list [benstiglitz]
* Completely refactored nub command, allowing you to place GitNub.app
anywhere [dustin]
* Fixed a bug in the date strings that was using %m instead of %M.
* Swapped to XIB files and added .gitattributes for less error prone
merging.
* Lots of improvements and fixes

Congrats, it's looking quite nice.

I always regret shipping without sparkle. I can make sparkle work
for you if you want to manage the appcast feed (I can do it, too, but
I don't want to be a bottleneck to your releases).

Dustin - that'd be great.  I had intentions to add sparkle, but if you can manage that, I'll host the feed.
