Welcome to the GitNomad closed test 👋

Thanks for helping test GitNomad — a mobile code editor that syncs with your real desktop project. You edit on your phone, changes land on your computer as git commits, and you can run your code straight from your pocket.

You'll need two things: the Android app and the desktop extension. They work together.

1. Install the Android app

You're already in the tester group, so the Play link is unlocked for you.

📱 Download on Google Play

Open it and sign in with GitHub or Google. Your home screen will be empty until you connect a computer — that's next.

2. Install the desktop extension

On your computer, install GitNomad Desktop for your editor:

VS Code → VS Marketplace
Antigravity / VSCodium / Cursor → Open VSX

After installing, click the GitNomad icon in the activity bar (left strip) to open its panel.

3. Link them together

On your phone: Profile → Link desktop → you'll get a 6-digit code.
In the editor's GitNomad panel: Link to my account → enter that code.

Open a project in your editor, and within a few seconds its repos show up in the app. Open a file, edit, save — check your computer, your change is there. Try it the other way too.

💡 Keep your computer on and connected while syncing — on the free plan it does the real work. Cloud run (for when your PC is off) is coming.
