gitlist "Files" tab souce code remark garbled

hi, I'm new to Git and GitList.

I install GitList on windows(with apache) and it works.

But I found that source code in the "Files" tab is garbled...

and strangely the "Commit" diff is correct.

Could you please help to figure out what is wrong?
