how can I add a header and footer to GitList?

Hello,
Does GitList support properties in config.ini where I can specify content to place at the top and/or bottom of the generated web page?
For example, gitweb supports the $site_header and $site_footer in gitweb.conf
And CGit has similar support for header and footer in the cgitrc
Does GitList have a mechanism in place where I can configure a static HTML File to be placed as a header and/or footer?
I can probably implement this via an Apache/httpd header at the web server level if necessary, but wanted to check if there might be an easier way.
