ANN: gitit 0.12.3

I've released gitit 0.12.3 on Hackage.

This version of gitit works with recent versions of
pandoc and ghc.

One important upgrading note: you'll need to change
the reference to hk-pyg.css in your static/css/custom.css to
highlighting.css.
