Documentation Sarsa On Mountain Car

Hey all,

I'm trying to understand the Sarsa algorithm applied on the Mountain Car in RLPark, however because of the lack of documentation in the code I've found it hard to understand.

I haven't found any documentation so far, but maybe somebody has taken the time to document the code and is willing to provide the documentation? This would help when experimenting and learning the idea of Sarsa Learning on Mountain Car.
