deploy to remote server using postrecieve hook

Hi All,

I wanted to achieve the following

if the code pushed to a repository test, I need to deploy a code to the server test.server.com.

I understand that we can write the command in post recieve hook and make it executable.

But How do I tell the git command that my working dir is on remote server?
