Fail to start with windows 7

Hi,

I have been using Git Extensions for a while now but since yesterday I cannot launch the program anymore. I get the following error problem signature:

Apparently, "Problem event name CLR20r3" refers to Microsoft .NET which I fully reinstalled, but as you can guess I still get the message "GitExtensions has stopped working" when launching it.

I did not install any component or software on my computer that could explain this failure. So I am a bit confused about this situation.

Would anyone have encountered similar issue ?

I could not find any clean way to solve this issue. I am still sharing the only way I found to be able to keep using Git Extensions... So I tried to reinstall GitExtensions 2.44 but this did not change anything.

However, when trying to re-install the older 2.43 version, contrary to the installer of 2.44, a conflict with the process "explorer.exe" was found and after the second attempt, the installation of version 2.43 solved my issue. I then re-installed version 2.44... Certainly not "clean" but it works.

I think you just doesn't have .NET 4 installed.
