Install Hours Extension

Hi,

I would like to install an extension like git_hours or git_time_extractor into Git Extensions.

Is there some way to do this within Git Extensions, and get it to show in the Plugins menu?

If the answer is No, how do I install commands like npm or gem using the Git Extensions bash console?
