Hello,
Is it possible to stage file hunks, rather than the entire file?

Thanks,
Aaron

Hi,

This is possible since Git Extensions 2.09, using the context menu in the file diff dialog in the commit window.

Thank you. Sadly, I cannot install 2.09. I am running windows 7.
I get a "this is not a windows installer" error.

That is wierd! I tested it on Windows 7 several times. Did you try re-downloading the installer, or try another installer? If this fails, you could always download the zipped version of Git Extensions, just overwrite the install dir and you should be fine.

Thanks. The full installer does not work, but the git extensions only
installer does.

BTW, the installer asks me each time if I want openssh or putty. Can you persist
this decision between installs?

Thanks again,
Aaron

+1 for the request to persist this information.

Great work, Henk!

Thanks also for the new "commit hunk" possibility! Was missing it after switching from Git Gui.

Cheers, Oliver
