First of all. Thank you for the Glit product. Being a java
developer, using a java stack is a big deal to me and my
productivity. I'm new to Git and CI.

I have a question. I have Git Blit up and working. I'm using the war
file. Now I want to install jenkins to work with this instance of
Git (or really JGIT right?). I'm not sure what I have to do to get
jenkins working in this environment.

Begin with the end in mind. I need a shared central GIT repository
and I need jenkins for CI monitoring the GIT repo for changes.

I know Jenkins has a GIT plug in but I don't know if that works with
Blit

So...am I on the right track here? If not, what do I need to change?
Is there a tutorial/example someplace i can look at?

Thank you.

Lee

I think you basically have to install the Jenkins git plugin [1] and configure
a build job pointing the git plugin at your repository hosted by gitblit.
