Could you be a little bit more specific? What is your exact problem and what do you want to achieve?

As our business policy, we need disable TLS1.0 and TLS1.1, but i cannot find where to set it. And i already build 1.9.1, still don't know where to set.

Gitblit does already support TLS 1.2.
I'm not sure what you are missing to set it up. When I start Gitblit and connect with a TLS client, then the session is per default TLS 1.2.
