The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a provincial immigration program that allows the province of Saskatchewan to nominate skilled workers, international graduates, and entrepreneurs for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR). Saskatchewan is one of Canada’s fastest-growing provinces and is well known for its strong economy, affordable living costs, and high demand for skilled workers. The SINP program is designed to attract immigrants who can support the province’s labor market and contribute to economic development.

SINP offers multiple immigration streams under categories such as International Skilled Worker, Saskatchewan Experience, and Entrepreneur and Farm streams. The International Skilled Worker category is popular among foreign applicants and includes pathways such as Express Entry and Occupation In-Demand streams. The Express Entry linked stream is beneficial because candidates who receive a provincial nomination get an additional 600 CRS points, which greatly increases their chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canada PR.

Saskatchewan offers excellent job opportunities in sectors such as healthcare, IT, engineering, construction, agriculture, transportation, manufacturing, hospitality, and skilled trades. The Occupation In-Demand stream is suitable for applicants who have work experience in occupations required in Saskatchewan but may not have a job offer. The Saskatchewan Experience category is for individuals who are already working or studying in Saskatchewan and want to apply for PR.
