We have a room in our 3-bedroom / 1-bathroom house for the rent of
$375 per month. It is available from now until the end of December.
The utilities including internet are on average $115-120 per month.
There are two other female GT grad students in the other 2 rooms. The
location is 1005 Hampton St NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. This is Homepark,
near the Paper Science and Technology building. The house is clean and
with high ceilings. There is a pleasant backyard as well. It has new
appliances in the kitchen (fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, washer and
dryer). The offered room has a built-in closet and a wardrobe supplied
by the landlords for free. Other furniture is available for rent ($25/
month).
