* Comes with Git v2.51.0-rc2.
* The Portable Git installers (which are self-extracting 7-Zip
archives) are now based off of 7-Zip 25.01
* Comes with cURL v8.15.0.
* Comes with the MSYS2 runtime (Git for Windows flavor) based on
Cygwin v3.6.4.
* Comes with MinTTY v3.7.9.

Subject: Project Finance Management API Operations
Dear Team,
I performed the following operations using the Project Finance Management System API:
Financial Data API – Access account information, balances, and transaction history (read-only).
Transaction API – Create transactions and request compensation. This operation requires explicit OTP authorization from the resource owner.
Product API – Retrieves a list of financial products, rates, and terms for reference.
Payment Processing API – Creates and manages payment profiles for completed projects. All payments are linked to the verified owner only.

Note:
All API operations are performed under the identity of the resource owner.
No sensitive financial information (account numbers, balances, or actual payments) is included in this summary.
An OTP or other authorization mechanism is required for actual transfers.
This message confirms that workflow steps completed via the API will be strictly enforced in cases of fraud involving large disbursements without clear identification, incorrect amounts, and unauthorized privileges. Additionally, funds may be used in ways that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the funded project.
Please note that any illegal use of funds, such as the procurement of weapons or drugs, which violates human rights, is not the responsibility of the project sponsor.  This funding is in good faith and supports projects that operate with integrity. Projects with good performance will continue to be supported.

If the project developer is able to continue operating independently after the contract ends, please provide documentation requesting the right to oversee or manage the project.
We do not intend to be malicious, but everyone must communicate openly, act appropriately, and respect the property owner. From now on, all operations must be conducted in accordance with proper procedures.
We require clarity regarding roles, responsibilities, and stakeholders. We are supporters and will not demand or interfere with the work of the team. Therefore, we require transparent discussion and clarification of our status within your company.
For those responsible for expenses related to our property, such as:
Clickhouse rental fees
Server or office rental fees
User fees
Salaries and personnel fees
Car and operating expenses
We request that your company prepare and submit official documentation within your company to confirm your operating status. This is not the property owner's status.
