Installer issue while processing tcl .enc files

Hi,
I wanted to log this as an issue but realised that the template does not really cover installer issues.

I'm seeing an error creating the *.enc files during installation.  If I dismiss (ignore) all the popups it eventually works, but this is not ideal.

Please let me know how I should go about logging this issue in github?

Hi Johan,

I have installed a new instance recently and don't had any issues. I did on last Saturday.

Everything works fine.

I had to install portable git to get around this issue because I didn't have time to dismiss the string of popups.  I'd like to take a look at the installer, can you point me in the right direction please?

I think that the installer’s source code can be found in the installer subdirectory of the build-extra repository:
