git bash isn' working with mircosoft azure

I am trying to use the az login command in bash and it tells me that Failed to authenticate and that i dont have a subscription and i do have a subscription. can anyone help me

To make sure - does that az login command work OK in any other "native"
Windows shell such as PowerShell or the classic cmd.exe?
