Gitbash not opening

Hello there, please I am in need of assistance with my Git Bash. It does not open at all, I have updated it, uninstalled the app and installed again but still no difference.

I am new into the coding world as I just started a month ago. Your assistance will be most appreciated. Attached to this mail is the file the app report the app gives giving concerning the issue and I do not really understand the report Git bash is giving me.

1. Please specify the OS version and the version of Git installer.
Also: where did you get it from?

2. Does git work from "normal" shells like cmd.exe and PowerShell?
Like, does at least `git --version` work?

(Note that judging from the stack trace, it's not really Git Bash which
failed but mintty, which is a GUI terminal emulator which hosts bash,
which is a Windows port of a popular Unix shell, so it's quite possible
that bash itself works OK.)

3. Please search through the issue tracker [*] to see whether your problem
has been already reported.
