Command 'git update-git-for-windows' not working

Hello everyone
In my Brazilian Portuguese Windows Notebook with the newest stable version of git for windows installed, I get the following by executing the 'git update-git-for-windows' both in the Git Bash and in the terminal.
$ git update-git-for-windows
curl: (35) schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: CRYPT_E_NO_REVOCATION_CHECK (0x80092012) - A fun��o de revoga��o n�o p�de verificar a revoga��o do certificado.
$ git update-git-for-windows

Does anyone have the same problem?
I am not an expert, so what kind of error is it? Is it a bug? Should it be reported?
