Unable to see my code on git hub

Hi git community, i am facing issues with git and git hub and it is really frustrating, i have not been able to push code to my git hub since morning, i have created different respository account both public and private, but  anytime i push code to git hub , i get success response but i can't see the code, matter of fact I can't even see any branch whether master or main to confirm which branch it is been pushed to, and its annoying,  I  also try pushing to git lab i keep experiencing the same issue, what i noticed is that the pushing is extremely faster than normal, i even try updating my git but still no success, someone please help,
