Cannot install Git on Windows 10 Enterprise

I tried running Powershell as admin and got this response

PS C:\windows\system32> winget install --id Git.Git -e --source winget
Failed when opening source(s); try the 'source reset' command if the problem persists.
An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:
0x8a15000f : Data required by the source is missing

I also tried running the installer app and got the error message:

ShellExecuteEx failed: code 67

The network name cannot be found
