Direct link to master version of MinGit

I'm working on a script that fetches and installs MinGit.

Are there direct links to the master version of MinGit available from Github or any other places?

Unfortunately not. I don't think I ever got redirects working in GitHub
Pages, which is why we do not have any "ever-green" URL.

What should work is to use https://gitforwindows.org/latest-tag.txt and
https://gitforwindows.org/latest-version.txt to construct the URL
dynamically, like this:

```bash
tag=$(curl -s https://gitforwindows.org/latest-tag.txt)
version=$(curl -s https://gitforwindows.org/latest-version.txt)
url=https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/releases/download/$tag/MinGit-$version-64-bit.zip
curl -o MinGit.zip $url
```

If you are interested in having those links without dynamically generating
them, you could provide a PR to imitate the instructions that update
latest-tag.txt and latest-version.txt to offer, say, mingit-64.url:
https://github.com/git-for-windows/git-for-windows.github.io/blob/613e1f03115bcc21027ed4601704e63cd820dd8d/bump-version.js#L20-L21
