Mouse stop working correctly after open mintty terminal

The mouse stops working correctly in the top left area of the screen after open mintty terminal. It can move; but can't detect hover, click or mousedown events.

How to reproduce?

1. Open a browser. I tested it on Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

2. Open Mintty Git Shell.

3. Tab to the browser and search something.

4. Position the mouse over the first search result link. You will see that when you put the mouse over the link, it doesn't change to underline state. When you click, nothing happen.

5. Position the mouse over the last link at the bottom left side of the screen. Now the mouse behaves properly.
