MSAS test signal reception in Southeast Asia

I am trying to find out if it is possible to recieve SBAS corrections
in Southeast Asia? Has anyone out there received the test signal from
MSAS in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia or Vietnam? Did the test signal
perform differential corrections on any GPS satellite signals? What
acuracy did you achieve and with which GPS units? I hear MSAS will be
ready for initial operations at the begining of 2007, Does anyone know
different to this?
